Don't cough on the phone because you will end up with a virtual visit. My last visit was to prep for surgery. Blood work was done but took 7 days to get results. Request additional blood work due to results. Doctor did not request this I did. I called the office 3 times after 5 days after test. I was told to call the hospital to get them to fax the results to the office. Then took another day to get the results. Doctor was not worried that my iron levels were low before going into surgery. Phone calls are always dreaded. They are curt, and do not listen. They will cut you off midsentence because instead of fully listening, they just want to respond and get you off the phone. Ends up taking longer because you have to repeat yourself multiple times. My whole family has stopped going to this doctor, except my husband (he is currently working on finding a new PCP). I will be glad when he finds someone else.

Dr. Nguyen is awesome, but his office staff is abysmal. I checked in and was informed I owed for a “no show” from 2 years ago. I’ve had multiple appointments since then and it had never been mentioned. After looking at the exact date I knew I wouldn’t have scheduled an appointment for that day because of my work schedule. My office visit was very professional, the staff was friendly and helpful. Never felt rushed, quality care by doctor and M.A. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for all your help, experience, and knowledge in helping us get well.

AWFUL office staff!!! They cannot fill out a referral in a timely fashion. I have been waiting OVER 2 weeks to get a renewal for my endo doctor. Lisa was very rude and denied that I called over 2 weeks ago!!! My endo’s office said they had issues with being able to get them to call back. Don’t waste your time on this doctor.

Was a patient until I got tired of my time not being valued. Had a 2 pm appointment. Arrived at 1:30, only person in waiting area. 20 minutes later led back to exam room. All rooms I passed were empty. All I needed was a refill of a prescription and was told I had to come in to get it. Paid my copay. Waited in the exam room for another 20 minutes. I have never had an appointment for Dr. Nguyen that there was not at least one pharma salesperson waiting to see him. Of course, Dr. Nguyen tends to prescribe the latest and most expensive medication available. I changed my doctor to one that was more interested in my health than his own pocketbook.
