I met him at an Urgent Care due to shortness of breath and requested a chest X-ray. He said I didn’t need one. My husband insisted we get one, and turns out I have lung problems. The Dr said that I can access my records and the referral online. I login and there’s nothing! He did the bare minimum for me. Didn’t even apologize for trying to prevent me from getting a chest X-ray after it came back positive.
