Our son had a ton of work done Over the course of about four years. Throughout that time Dr. Ching’s Staff was not very supportive or kind to our family. They have an office in Honolulu and another in Waipahu. They will book appointments at either location and it is very confusing which location you are booked. I would look elsewhere if you’re looking for a dentist who will treat you and your family, kindly and with patience.
Dr. Ching is the worst doctors office on the island. My sons braces were delayed because of his staff and the doctors inability to communicate next steps. This same doctor now wont return calls or schedule us which continues to delay our sons care.
Very caring , very professional including his staff.I highly recommend him !!!
Dr. Ching is just amazing, taking such good care of his patients. I haven't been to the dentist in decades and was referred here by my new dentist for my teeth/gum issues. Dr. Ching is personable and informative, explaining the issues clearly and options. During the procedure, he constantly checks if you are ok, and even follows up with a call later to again check if you are fine.
