Customer service sucks and if you are not getting at least an hour of massage, they tell you to return later.... yeah right
Meh, the quality of the massage depends on which massage therapist you get. My husband and I came here for the first time last weekend, he got a 60 minute neck and back massage and I got a 60 minute foot massage. I heard his massage therapist ask him if he preferred hard, medium, or gentle massage and he replied hard, and told me afterwards he got a good massage and felt relief from the pain and tension in his back and neck.
