Bought a Groupon for a 90 minute couples massage. Set up an appointment with them over the phone. Went to appointment on time just to be informed they can’t give us the couples massage we paid for, and instead offered to give us separate massages 90 minutes apart. That completely defeats the purpose of a couples massage. They should’ve called us ahead of time to inform us of a scheduling issue so we could reschedule. Made a rservatio and it was confirmed by staff members at location. Upon arrival, female informed us that she couldn't do 2 massages which we initially booked since she was the only one present. We had to do 1 by 1 which was very unprofessional as we rushed over to location after confirming a reservation for 2. The location also does not look hygienic and seems very dreary. Very unprofessional location for wasting our time.
