This lady was doing my massage and kept leaving to answer the phone. Then she kept talking loud to the other employee and this was during the entire 45 min massage. This was the top worse service in my 30 year of doing massages. When she did the massage it was very very good if she could just stay in the room.

I had a excellent experience. Older lady but she knows her stuff. Around the shoulder blades I didn't know if I wanted her to stop or do it again
I got a massage the other day . It was ok, the ladies nails were scratching me that was a little annoying, not to mention the phone ringing off the hook , and the door bell going off repeatedly. The table I was on wasn't warm and only gave me a towel to cover with. Not to mention, she wanted more for a tip and literally asked for more money! I said I am sorry but no, she is lucky after that I even gave her a tip. So unprofessional!
