I have Balance by CCHP via Marketplace. I joined due to access to UCSF specialists via referral by PCP. The admin has been impossible to navigate. Grievances filed by phone were not followed up upon, and it's unclear what is covered and what isn't, even when a CPT code is given. Pre-authorizations for meds get bounced back without notice or are claimed to have been not received. If I had a serious health issue these delays would be life-threatening. Stay away, join another health plan.
