“Accidentally” canceled my first appointment as a new client. Then didn’t show up for my second. Also said she doesn’t ‘like her patients to work?’ on the days of appointments… unrealistic. Look elsewhere!

Worst experience ever. She works for a company that stole my money and then ghosted me. This is ridiculous especially being in the mental health industry. Unacceptable but unfortunately the reality.
Nurse identifying self as “doctor” to patients. As a trained physician who went to medical school, I was very concerned by how little Nurse Chinenye knew about standard medication dosing, max daily dosing, and her insistence to prescribe a medication starkly different to a medication I already take with a long, well-establish history of good response on that medication was the BIG signal of this persons arrogance.
