Old Folks home I have visited the Chinatown Elderly Apartments many years ago and can remember them being the size of a small one bedroom apt. they offer air conditioning units in most of the apartments. The draw back for these units is that you have to qualify based on income. Give your parents a break and don't send them to an old folks home. they deserve better.
