This place used to be my go to spot in highschool but and would be 5 stars but our last time here had me appalled, the entrance area was gross, there was a little kid behind the drink counter who is one of the owners kids who was coughing on everything and touching everything, they messed up our order and made our babies seseme chicken spicy which they admitted was an accident and had an attitude when we said we didn't want that since we ordered it for a baby. I ain’t on here to hate on em bc the service was nice but my coke tasted like it was laced idk what they gave me but that shit was NOT chicken absolutely the WROST place I’ve ever been to in my life I highly recommend DO NOT GO.
We have gone to China wok several times when we have been in Boone and had great experiences. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing. The "vegetable egg rolls" are not actually egg rolls, but spring rolls. They're yummy, but not what I thought I was ordering. When I inquired about why they were called egg rolls when they're spring rolls, I was offered the option to BUY actual egg rolls... Which is what I thought I'd already ordered.
