The most rude managers always have something slick to say . Poor ! Customer service when you call about a complaint it’s always an excuse about that’s just how it is . Would never recommend this place to anyone owners need new management that respect their guests as if they really cared . Disgusted in every way !
They employ people who take numbers from delivery orders and text underage girls and then not care when you bring it to their attention. Not cool
Don't ask for Lyndon to deliver your food because he'll take your number from the order and beg you to have sex with him. Even if you're underage.
RecommendedChina Wok is just awesome. They have given me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever received. I have several stories to tell, but it is just easier to say that they give great customer service, and I really appreciate it. I have 3 teenagers and they go above and beyond to get their order right and to keep them happy and coming back for more and more. I am a customer for life! Thank you guys so so so much!!!
The China Wok in Birmingham Alabama, I the only one I have visited. They have the best Curry Shrimp that I have ever eaten in the United States, almost as good as British Curry!�
We ordered delivery tonight and was very pleased. We got chicken and pork fried rice. Chicken cashew, two pork eggrolls and a spring roll. It took about an hour for delivery but worth the wait. The cashew chicken had a lot of flavor and plenty cashews.
Wow. I've been a regular customer of China Wok for years. Just took my son in for a quick Saturday lunch and had the counter person tell me we couldn't 'dine-in' on Saturday. We couldn't sit at a table, even though they're open. When I asked why, he said "we have enough customer business that they don't need to". That's a great business model, China Wok. I guess you don't need my business anymore. Maybe get some more tactful people to deal with customers...
