i am a chef in portland and just got the worst orange chicken I've ever had in my entire life.
We love getting takeout from here. Our food is always hot and yummy. Try the D2 or letter N. Love the crab rangoons! Service is friendly and fast. Drinks are awesome if you’re eating in!
