I just tried to speak with them on the phone to understand what was going on with their doordash and they were so rude. I was incredibly surprised, because when I'd been in in person they were nice, but if they are going to behave that way, then I am just going to be done with this business. They wouldn't even let me get a full sentence out to explain what was going on. Piece of advice - don't interrupt your customer who's trying to place a big order.
