The shrimp egg rolls, mango shrimp, and mango sticky rice were all delicious! Service was excellent!
Very disappointed. Prices are going up and quality/quantity is really going down. Ordered sweet and sour shrimp and got five very small shrimp �. Just not worth the money anymore, and probably never go back. Unfortunately.
Cindys Rolls were amazing and the staff is great!
China Penn is not what it is used to be. The new owners are horrible. The owners six years ago were amazing and great with their customers. Now for the past two year the workers and owners have no customer service skills, they are rude, they dont greet you, they dont thank you for dining there, when you come in to pick up they dont even greet you and when they mess up your order they dont even apologise. The girl at the front counter (I believe her name is Cindy) played on her cell phone the whole time I placed my order and waited for the food. When it came out it was wrong and she said I made her confused! What makes her confused is being on her cell phone the whole time!!! The food was great but she needs lessons on manners. I will not go back again because of the service!!
Food is excellent and the wait staff always treats my Son and I very well. We want for nothing while we are there. Excellent.
