I placed my order online and when I went to pick it up it was not what I ordered. I told the gentleman serving me what I ordered, he simply dug through his receipts and handed me mine showing that it showed the same as they prepare. I looked at my email confirmation and it also showed the same. Accepting that I may have made a mistake I asked how long it would take to add a riced rice. Without even checking he stated 15 minutes. I haven’t had a problem with this place until last night. They forgot about our order and marked it as complete. Trying to speak to a manager is bs. If I ever order from you all again I will pick up my order. Not to mention my food was not hot.
1st time and I got delivery while visiting and they were fast and food was alot and amazing
I have frequented this restaurant several times. The food is always good. I do a call in order for pick up. I pretty much order the same thing, always getting fried rice due white rice spikes my blood sugar. On Sunday 3/22/26, I called in an order for pick up, shrimp with vegetables extra mushrooms with fried rice. When I arrived home in Frisco. I found I had white rice.
