I will go ahead and say the staff are rather nice though over the years management has changed hands a few times and you can tell if you have been going as long as I have. The food itself is ok, it is not bad but at the same time its not amazing. It is just one of those places you go to when noting really else jumps at you. I used to love eating here, but I completely stop; I found a cockroach in my food; and I swore I would never eat here again. This was recent.
Eat here every time I come to the mall. Today, the food was awful. I showed them the food and asked if they could refund it. They offered me the same cold, gross food off the bar and refused a refund. Definitely not going to be eating here again.
HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT!!!! I got the teriyaki chicken with noodles and honey chicken. The teriyaki chicken tastes like it had been sitting in the back for a while and tastes like it was cooked in brown gravy. The noodles were not Chinese style noodles. They were the angle hair noodles u get at Walmart. If u want a good place to eat don’t go here.
Excellent honey chicken. Good fried rice. Sad crab rangoons. Hardly any filling.
