Dishonest Owner, Shady Company! After China Marble & Tile came in with a Caesarstone countertop estimate that was much lower than other vendors, I chose them to work with for my project. In good faith I gave them a check for a 50% deposit (more than $3,100) in March, which they promptly cashed. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! – If I can give ZERO stars I will. I have almost the exact experience as the reviewer in 2007. Nice to see that some things do not change. I find myself being hung up on, people being rude, telling me they have other larger projects that they are working on so they don't need to "put up" with me for $1,000. And the best part is 4 weeks later, my sink is held hostage because it has been glued to a counter top that is cut incorrectly and they will not fix the mistakes until they have been paid in full, then... read more

Crazy Customer – We just had a crazy customer. We delivered the material to somewhere on Withers Street, Brooklyn, and the contractor didn't have the money on him for the balance payment, so we brought the materials back to the showroom. So the crazy customer came to the showroom, and told the yellow cab driver to just grab the material without paying for it first. It looked like a robbery, we almost called the police on them. Extremely poor customer service ethic – Don't buy there. The shop was empty at the time we entered. We went in to buy a sample tile of a specific size, to try for a future kitchen renovation. The woman at the desk was only minimally helpful when we asked about the tile, and wanted to charge us $135 for a custom-made piece that was half an inch thick. We explained that it wasn't what we wanted, and asked about buying a box of 5 tiles of the same stone. She didn't answer at first. We asked again. She pretended she didn't hear.... read more

Don't use them to install countertop – I bought Caesarstone countertop from them and I have had a lot of problems with the countertop from stain to etching, even though I use the countertop carefully and take care of it as I supposed to. I contacted Caesarstone to fix the problems. After a lot of phone calls, a technician was sent by Caesarstone to look at the countertop. The technician told me that the countertop is not real Caesarstone but in stead fake material. Please check with Caesarstone to make sure that your install... read more

Great Service – China Marble was recommended by a friend that bought from them before, and i had a great experience with them. And i have to say that i do not agree with the previous reviewers. We bought tiles from them and a countertop for our kitchen. Installers were very polite, courteous and punctual. And the sales rep there was very helpful and knowledgeble about the stones/tiles. Horrendous Customer Service – Ordered tiles from china marble and want to ditto the experience of the other reviewer. They are totally unprofessional. I had to call constantly to find out when my tiles would be arriving and could never get a straight answer. I would take off work or leave early the day they told me the tiles would be arriving but no one shows up and no one calls. You will be frustrated and annoyed by the lack of honest answers and waiting for promised calls and deliveries.

unprofessional, flaky and rude – Jane, the woman running this little shop, at first seemed flaky, but sweet. They had a great selection of designer tiles at better prices than most places I had tried. We bought a few tiles at first, then we decided to try them for an installed countetop. What a BIG mistake.
