I used to absolutely LOVE China Kitchen! Until tonight. The food has completely changed. And those amazing egg rolls.. yep, you guessed it. They're no longer there. I'm so upset to see the old recipes have been replaced. The orange chicken tasted like I was literally licking an orange peel and the fried rice smelled like fish and drywall. I hate FISH 🤢 If anyone knows the old owners, please tell them imma need some of THEIR egg rolls and orange chicken like asap. I'll PAY!
This used to be the best Chinese restaurant around - and I've lived in the area since 1992. Unfortunately, I ate there with family today after church, and immediately knew something was different. I did not eat more than a few bites when I normally eat my entire lunch. The egg rolls are now spring rolls and just don't taste right, my beef broccoli had very bitter snow peas and the sauce was not right, the lo mein looked like it had been made with pasta noodles. One dish we ordered as sweet and sour chicken, but it was delivered as sweet and sour shrimp. Not impressed with the food quality and taste of the two other dishes, hot and sour soup, or the egg rolls. It was obvious something had changed in the kitchen since we were last there. There was either a new cook or new food vendor. We voted as a family to not go back as the food delivered to our table was bland, and the food did not satisfy our Chinese food tastebuds.
New owners.. very disappointing.. changed all the recipes , tastes like all other Chinese restaurants. So sad this was my favorite restaurant for the last 20 years.
I haven't ate food from here in a couple years due to the terrible service. I decided I would give it a shot again since it has been a while. I called in an order and the Lady that took my order was VERY rude. She sounded so annoyed that she had to take my order. After every plate I ordered she would say with attitude "Okay, is that it?".. I'm done with this place. Don't waste your time or money unless you like crappy service.
Excellent food, busy place but worth any wait and great waitresses too.
Just left there and SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Me and my 8 year old went in to have dinner, mind you it was not busy at all, and the waitress were literally arguing about how none of them wanted to take our table. One took our drink order, with attitude, then another brought them to us and they were wrong. Then we sat there, none of the waitress wanted to come take our order.
