I always enjoy coming here. Friendly staff, good Chinese for a buffet, MANY MANY choices, and then ice cream for dessert. I love their lo mein.
The food is pretty good for a Chinese buffet. The staff was friendly and efficient. We ate there for supper in the middle of the week and it was fairly busy. The staff kept each offering filled. Remember this is a Chinese buffet: the service is standard Chinese buffet service. Some dishes are better than others but overall, our experience was pretty good. We would definitely go again.
My experience was not like previous reviews. The food was great and the lunch price was exceptional considering the quality and quantity of selection. Yes, I saw the soft-serve ice cream machine in the corner, out of service... but there was a freezer with regular ice cream to be enjoyed. I'm not from Duluth, but when I travel there and need to eat lunch, this place will be on the top of my list. John 3:16
The food and customer service are horrible. The lady manager was super rude. Will never go back. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
I only give it a single star because 1/2 star wasn't an option. The young female who worked there was very rude. Couldn't speak English well but what English she could speak was far from polite. She told me that my 1 yr old son was wasting food so she had to charge me for him. Seriously? A one year old child isn't going to eat everything on his plate and we like to put new stuff on his plate to let him try it out.
