I had to transfer my pets to this clinic because we moved and our old vet is now an hour away. Have regretted it! First, a couple of months ago my dog had an issue and was not drinking or eating and the soonest they could get me in was three days later! I called my old vet and they fit us in that day. Today I call to see if my dogs food I ordered was in and was told no it was not , it was delayed. RecommendedThe vet, Dr .Elizabeth Bowman, always goes above and beyond what anyone's expectations could be. Simply put, it's obvious she loves animals.. Her touch when handling the animals is so gentle, yet she confidently handles the challenges they present.
I've used then for many years and have always had a very positive experience. I was dog sitting my daughter in law's dog and had to take him in for an urgent visit. They even contacted this dogs primary vet to care for him. The situation was resolved and we had him home by the afternoon. They have akways been professional and courteous with me.
Whoever your receptionist is, they do not know how to speak to someone on the phone. All she could say is, "we don't have anything available". She was very rude.
So close to my house! Great service and the kennel rental is very reasonable.
