This facility has serious communication issues. While they are quick to charge and collect payment, they fail to communicate clearly or accurately with their customers. I paid my rent in full for multiple months and was still told I was “out” after payment had already been made. There was no clear explanation, no reasonable attempt to resolve the issue, and no accountability for their mistake. Being told to vacate after paying in full is unacceptable and unprofessional.
