I got a storage unit today and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! Sherry was incredible! super polite, attentive, and explained everything perfectly. I didn’t have a single question by the end, and I was able to get into my unit right away. The whole process was smooth and easy. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great Location! Facility is clean and well maintained. Sherry is friendly, professional, and recommend the best size unit for what we needed. While we were there she knew other customers by name and it made us feel like she cares about her customers. Highly recommend this storage location.

I am updating my review: Megan reached out to me and apologized for the employees behavior. Megan was very professional and accommodating, I would like to say that out side of the other lady that the prices are great at this location and the units are very well kept as well as clean. Thank you Megan for your help! I reached this unit over a year ago and when I rented the unit, I knew I was gonna be moving and I let the gentleman know that set me up with the unit . This facility has serious communication issues. While they are quick to charge and collect payment, they fail to communicate clearly or accurately with their customers. I paid my rent in full for multiple months and was still told I was “out” after payment had already been made. There was no clear explanation, no reasonable attempt to resolve the issue, and no accountability for their mistake. Being told to vacate after paying in full is unacceptable and unprofessional.
