So I never review or vent about things... but this whole situation has completely devastated me!! I have been a long time, faithful customer of china grove animal hospital !! So, I bring in my 18 year old child hood dog.. they told me 100 bucks for senior package blood Work- included vaccinations etc.. well that was not true.. they wanted to send off a sample of his anal tumor also- without telling me additional costs- that was another 100. Dr. Vaughn is amazing and truly cares for our animals. The staff is alway friendly and gently. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
My husband and I have brought our 6 cats to CGAH for years now, and could not be happier. Dr. Vaughn talks to you just like another "animal person", and can even share experience. I love that about him. The staff are excellent as well. The kitties in the office are always a treat for me to see.
What's not to like? The staff is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, there are free roaming cats who are clearly happy to be there, and Dr. Vaughan is great with both the animals and the patients. He takes time to explain treatment and medicine to make sure that you understand what's going on.
