I had food delivered and my 2 eggrolls were missing and my dinner portion of chow mein measured only 1 pint instead of the standard 1 quart size. I called to complain and they put the manager on the phone. She said she didn't charge me for the eggrolls?? I said but I ordered them? Next she said chow mein was the correct size. I told her I had ordered that before and it was half the size but the price was the same. She didn't care, no apology, no refund, nothing. I told her you lost a long time customer. Super nice people, I got a pick up order and everything was very fresh. The price was good too for the amount of food i ordered.
I got the Chicken fried rice and my family got the Sweet & Sour chicken. My fried rice was ok, nothing special and they liked their sweet & sour fried chicken. The fried rice needed more seasoning or at least tamari sauce.
Unfortunately, the food has really gone downhill. My group ordered seasame chicken, moogoo gai pan, kung bo chicken, pork fried rice and some egg rolls. Such a huge disappointment. Every dish was gross... it tasted bad and was mushy. I swear they put some Chinese TV dinners in the microwave and packaged it up... The sign in the lobby said no more in house service because of inflation and lack of labor... I have a feeling they wont be open for much longer. It used to be our favorite and now we will not order from them again.
