I asked the young lady at the drive thru window which meat ( proteins ) where available she literally pointed behind me to the menu at the drive thru & told me “ The Menu Is Back There “. One why is she working there & two who in their right mind does this crap in a Customer Service position . The orange chicken meat was hard as rock . Couldn’t even eat it . Because of this I suggest avoiding this place like the plaque.
This place must be under new management and or have a different cook? I recently went there for lunch this past Saturday and I ordered the pepper steak and fried rice. It was so good this time around. The past times that I've gone the food wasn't that good. The meat always taste like it was boiled then stir fried. I have what he'd an employee walk to the food and use her bare hands and pick food out of the bin and eat it, that same employee taking and eating the food out of customer's to go tray at drive thru. Over cooked egg rolls, food a lol cold not hot like it should be. They were goid at one time. They suck now.
As Many times as I've gone there, Since it opened, it been THE BEST Chinese Restaurant! This past Sunday, it wasn't on my list of Favorite Restaurants, at all! The Food was different, dryer, than other times! Egg roll was Refrigerator Cold, and Gummy! Everything was Bland, including the Bourbon Chicken, no Flavor! Next time, should be Great, or I'll find another place to Eat!
My family has been big supporters of this restaurant but were extremely disappointed when we walked in yesterday at 8PM, and there was hardly any food left, and we were told there would be NO MORE Bourbon chicken cooked "because the kitchen was closed". This is ridiculous, considering there was still AN HOUR left of your operating times. What would have happened if 20 people walked in at 8pm? Would you have turned every single person down?
