We have been in Carson City for 25 years and we have enjoyed China East for all of that time. The food is great and the service is excellent. One of the problems with Chinese food in the US is that it is Americanized, thicker sauces, sweet, and bland. China East is flavorful and compares very nicely to the food I have had in Taiwan and Hong Kong. My wife and I heartily recommend China East1
Hands down the best Chinese food in Carson! We've been coming here since 1996 and it's always been delicious, with fast service, and the people are delightful!
People who come here "now and then" seem to post mixed at best reviews. The truth is this is one of the best and most consistent oriental restraunts in carson city, they have some new bussers that for some reason are very rude, this is quite new and I am hoping they fire those two girls soon. But that aside the meal is great, the food very good especially for the area and they have been in carson since before me, (1998).
