The young man letting people in on opening day was slow and distracted. It took 10 minutes to get in. By the time i got in the main items I was coming for were alteady taken. Toni on the other hand was extremely helpful with helping me gather the pieces I could get. Keep her around she is an amazing employee.
Toni was extremely helpful with helping me gather my goodies up so I didn't loose anything in the 50% off day today. So may people ans still great customer service
Super great experience and GREAT employees!! Toni from China Cat Estate Sales is a gem! She made my whole experience fun from start to finish. She's down to earth, genuine, and keeps it real - which I truly appreciated. On top of that, her customer service was excellent. It felt less like shopping and more like chatting with a friend while finding great treasures!
As an only child I was in over my head cleaning out my family's treasures. Throwing in the towel and calling China Cat saved me! They took over quickly with professionalism and understanding of my frustrations! Thank you China Cat!
China Cat Estate Sales has an amazing staff! They are always friendly and go out of their way to assist in the sale of estate items and give a great deal to buyers. I have been to several of their sales and have never been disappointed! The staff is always assisting with putting itwms in the holding area and making sure items are priced fairly, if not already marked.
