I just relocated from Houston to Madison and this is probably the best beef noodle soup I’ve ever had. Houston has a ton of authentic and delicious food from all around the world, but nothing I’ve had has come close. I never leave reviews, but based on the service alone I had to recommend this to strangers on the internet. If you are new to or visiting Madison, this place is a must try!!!
One of the most authentic options in Madison. Try the lamb shashlik, a very popular snack/street food in China but I rarely see it in the US, and I grew up in SF. Another great pick is the jianbing (Chinese crepes), which requires special pan to make—also rare here. They also have some great appetizer specials, like liang pi and jellyfish, that bring so much childhood nostalgia. Easily the best spot for Chinese food near campus. Owner is remarkably friendly and the dishes are always tasty.
Amazing place with great food. Authentic Chinese food! Dumplings are homemade and delicious. One of our favorite spots in Madison! Owners were friendly and recommended some great dishes!
