company not on their best behavior – the woman taking calls was not proffesional promised a call back wich i never received and after calling her again she was still very short with me so ive taken my bussiness else where

My home was built in 1984, I have had a leaking chimney for 10 years. Everyone who ever got involved with the chimney never fixed it---either roofer or mason. I threw away a good deal of money dealing with companies that did not get the leak stopped and when called back did not respond, or the roofer blamed the mason, or the mason blamed the roofer. Bad Ending – I used this service to get my chimney cleaned. The service call when well until I when to look at my wood burning stove. Nothing was put back in its place and cold air was blowing into my family room. Now the service tech did say I had problems with the stove but he did not say that he was unable to put it back like he found it before he serviced the stove. No offer to rectify nor did I get an apology. THE WORST!

Service and sales – This company has been servicing our woodstove for 9 years. In December 2009 we decided to upgrade our old woodstove. We saw the latest models and heard the reviews. We purchased a Morso woodstove from them. Within 10 days they called and installed our new woodstove. Just in time for the 0 degree temps. George is our service tech, Gene is the owner, Lisa is the voice on the telephone. We are please with our purchase and look forward to many more years of service from this fine company. Excellent Work, Fast and Liable – I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned out. I called and spoke with their service contractor who advised me that he was available at 8am the next day. He arrived on time, did the job as stated and was respectful the entire time. You can't ask for more than that. I'd highly recommend them.
