Decent apartment
By far the worst property I’ve ever lived I try remain rational when writing a review. I can say this place is extremely money hungry with fees. Maintenance is terrible they smoke in the units when working on them. The walls are so thin. The maintenance never fix an issue they just cover it up. I would never tell anyone to live here. The office manager is extremely rude. Geese poop everywhere on the sidewalk and grass. They even make you spend money on a pool pass even though you already live there and pay rent. I have lived here for over a month now the apartment is pretty nice! A lot of space for storage, balcony and walk in closet. Heat went out in unit they got it fixed right away. When I first moved in they gave me all new carpet and fresh paint which is awesome. Pretty safe area as well. No complaints.
I am very pleased here. I actually lived here 30 years ago and came back. Rick 1 is a phenomenal maintenance person and is always polite and professional. The grounds are clean and peaceful. The management team is phenomenal as well. Great job, everyone! I called today to report the refrigerator light went out and Rick 1 came today to fix it. So happy.
