A chimney 'technician' came and assessed the chimney in the older home I was purchasing, and from his effort in inspection, and way of communicating, He answered all of my questions, and I felt like I was in knowledgeable and trustworthy hands. Mrs. ******* I apologize for the misunderstanding. However, quite frankly, I find your complaint ridiculous. There was no confusion between me and the technician on what was included in the quote for the necessary repairs. I do admit there was a one word "typo" error in the original quote. And, it apparently was not made clear to you that the "cleaning" in question was in fact needed to remove efflorescence and soft, crumbling mortar in the chimney flue in order for the spray in liner to adhere properly. James was very helpful and easy to work with. The technician, Hunter, was extremely courteous and knew exactly what we needed for repair. Oh, and he was on time! Very important when you're scheduling things during work. :)
