Extremely rude!! When he arrived, he greeted me immediately by complaining about the 32 minute drive to my home. When he walked in and saw my dogs he stated, "These guys have got to go!", very abruptly and harshly. Upon entry into my home, he complained that my home was too dark (I had just put up "black-out" curtains on my many large windows attempting to block heat and keep my home cooler for the Summer).
