Homeowners BEWARE. I called the company and informed them of my situation at my house. They gave me a window from 12pm to 2pm then changed it from 2pm to 4pm and the worker called me at 530pm and asked if I should come, which I said yes. When the worker arrived and showed him the job of cleaning my chimney he went back to the minivan and took out a Home Depot wet & dry vacuum. I thought he was kidding, he said no I was in shock.
