RecommendedChip came out and told me there were no problems and I didn't need any work. I like that he didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. It cost me nothing for the inspection. That shows me they are very honest. I recommend them and will call them again if I think there's a problem.

Chip was scheduled to clean and restore the main fireplace to safe working condition. His kindness and knowledge was so appreciated! He not only restored the fireplace with the necessary materials but also explained what he’d done and why. I asked him to look at my dryer vent to see if it could be cleaned and he gave me very practical thoughts about how to increase efficiency. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment and ask that Chip do the work.
Chimney Solutions did an AWESOME job from start to finish. Communication with their staff who answer the phones was always very professional, informative and accurate. My tech was Chip, who has been in the biz for over 25 years. He was fantastic. He let me ask him all sorts of stupid questions and gave me great information. My new fireplace is INCREDIBLE!!! Andy, Landon and Robbie were soooo awesome, knowledgable and fun!! Andy's craftsmanship is stunning! As soon as we can hang the mantle, I will post a picture. They replaced everything from the firebox, the entire guts of the fireplace and built my beautiful hearth. I cannot say enough great things about the company..but, I worked close with the guys that came out...I would have them over for dinner. Incredible craftsmanship and people!
We were selling our home and our contract was contingent on us fixing the panel on our fireplace. We needed it replaced quickly. I called several companies who were very booked up or never called me back. They had me scheduled and came out to my house in the same week! Chip was able to fix my fireplace while he was here and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again!!! Thanks guys!
These guys were GREAT! They really went above and beyond what we expected of them! First they cleaned our chimney and really left no trace of soot anywhere. The cleanup was very thorough. We also needed to have a new chimney cap installed on the very top. We had suspected there were wasp nests somewhere in the chimney as a couple per day would get into our house from the fireplace.
