Well, let me tell you that this place is wonderful, the coaches are kind, attentive when you are new to the group, they help you and explain until you learn, the people are kind and friendly, at the beginning I was nervous about doing things wrong. But people are so kind that no one judges you that's wonderful, it's difficult to train yes but I love it. It's fun to train in a group, I like it and I highly recommend it
