My daughter and I started off with the 3 session trial for $30, just to try it out and see if it was something we enjoyed and could commit to. After the trial, we decided to join and so far everything has been great! I had not worked out in over 3 years and was nervous, but surprisingly it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Joined Chimney Rock CrossFit about a month ago and the experience has been wonderful. Great and caring coaches, welcoming members, excellent facilities. Programming has also been very good, perfect blend of exercises for strength and conditioning. Strongly recommended for anyone looking to try CrossFit for the first time or, like me, an experienced CrossFitter looking to join a new box.
