At one time they were great to do buisness with. But no longer no compassion now it’s all about the money.

Chimney Rock has been wonderful for me. I had a cat past two years ago and this is the first time I had a cremation. They picked her up at the vet and then she arrived when she was finished at my home. Which is very convenient. I just had my last cat pass 3 days ago and I called and asked if they could do the same thing. the woman looked it up on the computer and there it was and I was able to have the exact same process done for my most recent cat. very compassionate and loving people.

I cant say enough about this wonderful group of people I was a complete wreck at the sudden lost of Dakota they took their time with me gave me as much time as I needed, in my clear state of devastation they could have very easily got me to agree to anything and gave me a hefty bill in return but they didn't i have never met a more compassionate group of people in one place before in my life thank you for everything you have done
