Horrible place to live if you have a family. Residents will actually complain if you let your children play outside during the day because they can’t hear their tv. There was even a notice that children aren’t allowed to play because some people complain that they’re too loud at 2pm. They’ve since reversed that rule, until someone complains again. Just awful. If you’re looking for a place to retire, then I guess this is for you. But if you have young kids, don’t even bother.
Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The on site- maintenance staff, and self managed nature of the complex add to the 'community' feel. Townhouse style buildings are very accommodating and allow for great use of space. Residents are kind, making Chimney Ridge a great place to live.
