Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The on site- maintenance staff, and self managed nature of the complex add to the 'community' feel. Townhouse style buildings are very accommodating and allow for great use of space. Residents are kind, making Chimney Ridge a great place to live.
Great place to call home!
This Complex consists of 5 buildings. Currently all self managed. There is an on-site property manager. The people who live here care about the complex and really want to make the environment safe, neighbourly as possible. People are great and buildings seem one of a kind. Very good place to live. Close to all conveniences.
