On time, professional, honest, a decent person and hard working Charged 100.00 less than another company did for us. Plus he fixed the chimney cap that the other company didn't even notice. Highly recommended!! He cleaned up and did a great job. We will NOT use this company again. Missed appt by 2 hrs then needed to reschedule. Didn't show up for the reschedule appt. Very unorganized. Hung up on me during our discussion.
They no-showed on me 2 times. When I tried to call them back after the second no-show, the phone number had been disconnected. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after the first no-show, but now I've moved on. Not sure if they went out of business or not with a disconnected phone.
