Great experience! Alex arrived working the first hour of the service window to clean and inspect our gas fireplace. He thoroughly completed both and gave us a detailed explanation of the process. Our fireplace needs further repair and Alex gave us itemized quotes for our options. We will definitely use Chimney Pro Cleaners again!
