The technician was polite but seemed rushed. The work seemed okay, but for the cost, I expected more detailed inspection and explanation of the results.
I tried calling twice to confirm my appointment and got no answer. When the technician did show up, they seemed confused about what service I’d requested. Not very professional.
The quote I got over the phone was much lower than what I ended up paying. The technician mentioned extra fees for “deep cleaning” that weren’t explained ahead of time.
They were in and out in less than half an hour, and I’m not convinced the chimney was fully cleaned. I still smell smoke when I light a fire. Probably won’t use them again.
I booked an appointment for the afternoon, but no one showed up or called to reschedule. I waited for hours without an update. Very frustrating experience.
