The technician was professional in all aspects...he was on time...explained everything...im going to use them every year !!!
Excellent service, Rueben called and advised he was on the way. Arrived on time and was very clear about the process. I inquired about gar logs and he was very clear and explained the pros and cons of vented vs. vent free and I ended up purchasing a set from him company. Really impressed.

We called to have them come out to clean and inspect our fireplace as we had just bought our house. The owner came out and was super helpful. He answered all our questions and told us different things we can do to protect our fireplace and save us money down the road. It took about 5 to 10 mins and he did not charge us for things we did not need!
Excellent service, the owner came by today to check out our fireplace, we've never used it, and to show us how to use it... We're from Florida :) he was super nice, and funny and informative! We'd highly recommend!
