when me and my wife went to tge store and made a purchase on a insert we was very pleased. they came out in a timely manner and got everything installed. we are still very pleased. a few weeks later i get on my roof to clean gutters and notice my chimney cap is missing. i called and talked to dustin and he says it dont need it. i literally just spent 425$ having it built right before they came. i requested to keep it. he stated it is long gone and that i wasnt getting one. so now im gonna have to have another one built. im v... read more
