Never kept their appointment,,excuses
Scheduled me a week out to completely ghost me. All of the other reviews about this place are spot-on as they WILL NOT show up. a nice older lady answered the phone and scheduled the appointment, no idea who I spoke with. This is through Empire Construction Contracting so there may be some confusion on who you're having come out.
No Show! Was sent an estimate that was outrageous. How can an estimate be given when you don't show up to see what needed to be done.🤔
