Maintenance get things fixed that are broken and messed up in a more timely manner. I've been here since January, I've had things broken and messed up since I moved here that are still not fixed properly. It's almost the middle of May. Things like no central A/C(my son is going to come check it out Universal HVAC certified), 2 of the bathrooms have issues, water leak or something in the wall in my bedroom (that is loud enough to wake me up), just to mention a few things.
