The Chimney Doctor was great, from the initial inspection and estimate to do the repairs everything was professional and efficient. Every worker was friendly and explained exactly the work they were doing. Money well spent and the warranty on the work is great. We are more than pleased with the Chimney Doctor llcwv and if you need any kind of chimney repairs you really should consider Dave Rippetoe and his team.
Game me an Estimate to clean and camera was 100 to 125. he couldn’t clean the chimney from the top and had to work from the bottom up and only used four 5 foot poles my chimney is 25 feet tall so he camera ‘d the chimney but only went up 5 feet and said he found a crack. More like a fracture charged 165. Because he had to move my insert out of the way. Didn’t tell me that. I could have moved it easily in two Minutes. Felt like I got took. There is no way it was cleaned right and I still don’t know because it wasn’t camera’d.... read more
