Alex, the gentlemen that was sent out to perform services, was very friendly and knowledgeable about our wood burning stove and chimney cleaning. Excellent job!

I've used Chimney Cricket for my annual chimney cleaning for the last few years and I've always been satisfied with their service. They also replaced the crown the first year and it's held up very well. They're always honest, provide photos of their inspection and work done, and charge a reasonable rate.
Chimney Cricket serviceman was on time did a GREAT job. He was very professional about his work and gave me some incite into the reason for my problem. Fixed everything and cleaned up after he completed the work. Great young man and a super rep for the company and I would highly recommend and will use Chimney Cricket in the future.
