Chimney Corners was pleasant to deal with and very thorough. They came highly recommended and didn't disapoint. They did great work and educated me at the same time. I will use them every year!
My experience with Chimney Corners over the last 5 years since moving into our home has been wonderful. Gavin the owner and his crews who come out depending on the year, are so professional, kind, and proactive in keeping our flues safe and clean. I’m always happy when they visit our home to keep our chimney’s safe! They also service my parent’s chimney down the street and treat them so kindly, too. Thank you Chimney Corners!
Terry the chimney cleaning and inspection tech is the best. I have been using Chimney Corners for the past 10 years, and while I can't say the service is bargain priced it definitely holds its value. They could have had me clean the flues at least two times per year, but their honest service calls for only every two or so years based on my usage of the fire place and furnace. I highly recommend them, they are honest and reliable.
We had two fireplaces - one regular and one that had been originally built as a hibachi-style wood burning oven. Chimney Corners came out to clean both, but only charged us for one - and gave honest and thorough advice on how to get it to work for us. They didn't try to upsell - but were clearly interested in our needs. The gentleman who came out was friendly, helpful and thoughtful about fireplaces. They have won a customer for life.
Chimney Corners is rude! They won't answer simple questions about the products they use for your home. By contrast, I called a local roofer about the same service (flue cap, etc) and they were more than willing to not only disclose what products they use but offer a flyer! Whether a product is $50 or $2,000, customers are entitled to know what they are buying for their home! Not according to this company! A customer IS always right!
