Buyer be ware this company is digging into your pockets for nothing but his profit. Constant games of a pocket full of promises and nothing but debt you’ll receive. A job the was to cost 2500 was 5000 2nd hand chimney caps. This company should never be in business and needs to be reported. But reading other posts there will be no benefit from trying to have compensation for any monies spent. Chuck just changes the name and scams innocent people out of their finances. I recently hired Chimney Champs to clean and repair the chimney of my historic home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I was impressed with their customer service. The representative on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly, and she was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. Had a chimney liner installed about 5 years ago. Was fine for a couple years even though the work looked rushed and rough. I’ve been cleaning the liner myself due to the people they’ve sent to clean before would either show late, not show, and always did a subpar job. Never would clean the cap and things would always clog up. Recently had a tree fail from their install and smoked out the house with my 6 mo and 4 yr old kids home with my wife. Very unprofessional. Damaged my wood stove and failed to report it to me. Technician didn’t have a clue what he was doing. We were informed he was one of their best. Don’t deal with this company.

I hired Chimney Champs (*********) last April, and I have waited until now (November) to write a review as I wanted to see how the whole scenario would play out. Here is my review. Chimney Champs was sent to our home by a relocation company for a flue cleaning and estimate. The company claimed the flue lining was not up to code ( which was accurate by 2 other companies) but that the chimneys were unstable and needed to be rebuilt, one from the ground up and another from its “shoulder.” Total cost $21 K but if I paid and committed that day in cash it would be $13K. I informed the company of their dishonest practice and received two other quotes to supplement.

I hired Chimney Champs to clean my fireplace flue liner. They inspected the entire chimney, three flue liners and even the boiler and hot water heater vent pipes where they connect at the thimble. They were thorough and very professional and they cleaned up after their work was complete. I signed up for their "Auto Renewal Program" so that future cleanings will be scheduled in a timely manner. I will surely use them again. One satisfied customer. Bruce W.
