While I'm outside of their service area and cannot comment on that, Ann was absolutely amazing to speak with. She quickly informed me unfortunately I lived to far away from them to work on my chimney but then spent 15 minutes answering all of my questions even though it wouldn't result any any billable time for them. You're a credit to small business Ann, thank you so much for taking time to speak with me.
On time and efficient! They sprayed a sealant on the leaking chimney cap to temporarily prevent any more water ingress while waiting for the new custom-made cap. They didn't have to do that, but it was very much appreciated! Excellent customer service
Called Chimney Care Plus for a second opinion (quote) for an inspection and clean, crown repair, liner and insert installation, and very glad I did.
