On time and efficient! They sprayed a sealant on the leaking chimney cap to temporarily prevent any more water ingress while waiting for the new custom-made cap. They didn't have to do that, but it was very much appreciated! Excellent customer service
Called Chimney Care Plus for a second opinion (quote) for an inspection and clean, crown repair, liner and insert installation, and very glad I did. Lawrence and his are did a great job working on my chimney leak. Would highly recommend him for any issues you have. He worked to fix and leak and spayed the bricks to seal them. I just got off the phone with him on Sunday during the 4th of July weekend to talk about the chimney. That is amazing to me that he would take time out on Sunday to call me.
