Paul is a very thorough and professional home inspector. We hired Paul for our home inspection back in 2016 and he walked us through every single detail and answered any questions we had on the home. I have referred him to multiple clients throughout the years and he has always provided the same great service to all of them. I will continue to call Paul whenever I need a home inspector.
Ive personally used him twice and hes fantastic. Im also a mortgage broker that has referred him a hundred times over the past 15 years and everyone always loves Paul!! Great guy that gives you a great inspection!
Mr. Chimino did a home inspection for me. He did a very thorough job. He was very kind and had a great attitude working everyone. Also he was very straight forward about big and small issues in which he found. Overall 5/5, I would recommend to others and the price is definitely reasonable.
We were very disappointed with the home inspection Paul did for us in June. An electrical panel not code compliant was listed on the report as "inconvenient" but not a code violation. Windows were either not operational [will not close due to rotted wood] or in two cases bolted shut and these were never addressed. He stated on report that an outside bathroom was not functional and it is. Further, the oil tank placement and layout is also not code compliant and he passed that as well.
