Mala experiencia. Pedí dos chimis y el combo de 5 carnes con tostones. Los chimis estaban aceptables, pero los tostones estaban viejos, duros y chiclosos. Todas las carnes sabían viejas y estaban durísimas. Los chicharrones eran pura grasa, prácticamente sin carne. Además, el servicio fue muy pobre. Le pregunté a la persona que atendía cuál era el plato más vendido de la casa y solo respondió: "Todos". Cero interés en orientar al cliente. No recomiendo este lugar.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too serious not to share. While eating my meal, I found a metal staple mixed in with my food. This is an extremely dangerous food safety issue. I could have easily swallowed it or seriously injured myself. This has never happened to me before, and it's unacceptable that something like this made it into a customer's meal. I hope the restaurant takes this incident seriously, reviews its food preparation process, and puts measures in place to ensure it never happens again... read more
Not a good experience, the fries were cold as if they were just out of the fridge, the cheese nachos were also cold, and the chips were soft, and had no crunch as if they were old chimi had a bad taste, and I could not eat this food. Waste of money and now I have to order from elsewhere where
